Energy Storage Molten Salt
Molten salts (thermally conductive molten salts, thermal media) usually refer to molten inorganic salts as molten salts. It is a chemical reaction heat conduction medium formed by the melting of salts. The molten salt is a molten body composed of metal cations and non-metal anions. Molten salts are salts that are solid at standard temperature and atmospheric pressure, but exist in the liquid phase after the temperature rises.

2. Instructions for use
Put the heat conductive molten salt into the tank to directly heat and melt, or add a small amount of water to the heat conductive molten salt and heat to melt it. After melting to a sufficient viscosity, it can be circulated by a circulation pump, and then sent to a heat-carrying furnace to gradually increase the temperature to reach the target temperature.
3. Matters needing attention
① Molten salt should be kept clean and not in contact with organic substances such as charcoal, rosin or reducing substances, so as not to cause violent chemical reactions.
② When the temperature rise begins, strictly control the temperature rise rate, and try to avoid rapid cooling and rapid heating during system operation.
③ In circulation heating, the flow rate is constant, and the membrane temperature cannot be exceeded.
④ In high-temperature use, mixing of water and organic substances is strictly prohibited.
⑤ When the commonly used molten salt exceeds 550°C, the molten salt becomes unstable, reacts, emits gas, and the melting point of the molten salt rises, causing the molten salt to deteriorate.
⑥ When there are more precipitates in the molten salt of the heat carrier, the molten salt should be replaced.
⑦ Before stopping, the molten salt must be poured back into the molten salt storage tank before entering the parking procedure.
